INGREDIENT LIST

Bolognese Sauce Ingredients: ground beef, ground pork, San Marzano tomatoes, red wine, whole milk, onion, carrot, celery, tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, bay leaf, salt and pepper. 

Sweet Potato Turkey Chili Ingredients: ground turkey, sweet potato, chicken stock, black bean, kidney bean, pinto bean, yellow onion, garlic, paprika, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. 

Wild Rice & Vegetable Soup Ingredients: vegetable stock, sweet potato, mushroom, onion, coconut milk, kale, wild rice, carrot, celery, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, bay leaf, old bay seasoning, salt and pepper. 

Lactation Cookies: rolled oats, flour, sugar, dark chocolate chips, butter, brewers yeast, egg, coconut oil, ground flaxseed, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Soups and sauces arrive chilled and are ready to heat and eat. Enjoy immediately, refrigerate for up to 3-5 days, or freeze for later.

2. To heat, gently pour desired amount into a saucepan (1-2 cups per serving). Warm on medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally. 

3. Refrigerate any leftovers. If you want to save some of your soup or sauce you can safely refreeze it.
